RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product we will endeavor to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. In the case of a return of a non-defective product, the cost of return is borne by the customer. However, you must inform us so that we can send you instructions for returning the product. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be agreed upon or we can refund you.
For reasons of hygiene, body care products and perfumes are not returnable under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction after receipt.
